Bill Parker

While building a career in the early 80's, Bill was always focused on the next project while designing, building and delivering the highest possible quality for his clients. This is what drove the client base to what it is today. Fast forward over 30 years, the focus is the same. Identify, design, deliver and close the deal. Strategic Planning and Business Development are the first steps to any successful organizations. Throughout his career in the Real Estate, development and building business and on to Consulting and Brokerage, the underlying principles are the same. Deliver Honesty, Integrity, Responsiveness and success will follow. In 2016, Bill had the idea to design homes from the ground up utilizing the highest possible efficiencies in the construction process while taking advantage of wind, solar, and energy storage technologies. Then make it a fully capable home that anyone could live in. He founded a new company specifically to do that, and Legend Development LLC was born. Designing a fully integrated hybrid home using an all-of-the-above energy strategy. Utility Grid, Solar and Vertical Wind Turbines. We have partnered with manufacturers in these disciplines to design, build, test and refine the home as we know it.
